After working many years as a building manager, Mark Pavia noticed common problems affecting building owners and property managers. After learning the pains from inside, he started this company to offer small fixes, painting and cleaning to make the process easy for everyone.
The company was built around a simple observation: property owners and managers in Greater Victoria were tired of coordinating different contractors for every turnover — a painter, a floor installer, a junk removal, a cleaner, etc.
